Art. 3 – The races
The GUT – Grappa Ultra Trail is a trail running event in a natural environment held on trails, mule tracks, cart tracks, and short paved sections between the territory of Bassano del Grappa and the Monte Grappa massif. GUT 40 km: route of approximately 45 km with a positive elevation gain of about 2,500 m D+; start Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 09:30 from Piazza della Libertà, Bassano del Grappa; finish at Ristorante Antica Abbazia, Borso del Grappa.

The organization reserves the right to modify the routes, elevation gains, distances, aid station locations, and start/finish times at any time for reasons related to safety, weather conditions, terrain status, or instructions from competent authorities.
Art. 4 – Participation and requirements

GUT 40 km and GUT 20 km: at least 18 years old on the date of the race.

The organization reserves the right to request a copy of the medical documentation where necessary.
There are no age categories: only absolute male and female rankings will be compiled for each distance.
Civil Liability and/or Accident Insurance
Art. 5 – Semi-sufficiency
The GUT – Grappa Ultra Trail races are held under a regime of water and food semi-sufficiency. Details (type of station, location, mileage) will be published on the official website and in the route map.
No disposable cups will be provided at the aid stations: each competitor must be equipped with a personal cup or suitable container (water bottle, flask, etc.).
Each competitor is responsible for independently managing their own water and food reserves between one aid station and the next, based on their needs and weather conditions.
Art. 6 – Registration and required documentation
Registration must be completed exclusively online via the portal www.wedosport.net. The opening and closing dates for registration, as well as the maximum number of bibs available for each distance, will be communicated on the official event website www.grappaultratrail.com. Art. 14 – Withdrawals and returns
In case of withdrawal, the competitor is obliged to communicate their retirement at the nearest checkpoint or aid station, ensuring they are registered as withdrawn. They are also required to inform race direction via SMS or a phone call to the emergency number provided by the organization.
The return of withdrawn athletes will be guaranteed, as far as possible, from the main checkpoints or designated aid stations. Immediate recovery is not guaranteed for athletes who withdraw at unstaffed points or outside the designated areas, except in case of a medical emergency.
Art. 15 – Assistance during the race, pacing, animals
Assistance by companions is allowed only in the aid station areas or at points expressly authorized by the organization, without hindering the regular progress of the race and the passage of other athletes, exempting the organization from any responsibility in this regard.

In case of event cancellation due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to the organization, registration fees will not be refunded. Any forms of protection (e.g., vouchers for future editions) may be evaluated and communicated at the organization's discretion.
Art. 18 – Insurance
The organization will take out a third-party civil liability insurance policy for the duration of the event.
